    • Full Wage Scale: $20.50 - $21.65 (Future increases within the posted range are based on tenure and performance per Dungarvin's compensation guidelines.)

    Job Description

    The Residential Coordinator will be responsible for:

    • Coordination of finances of persons served, recreation, program services, family involvement, education/vocational programs, healthcare/nutrition and household management. 
    • The residential coordinator is responsible to assist the in maintaining consistency in programming, care of persons served, and communication with staff and interdisciplinary team members. 
    • The residential coordinator is also responsible to carry out the responsibilities and duties of the habilitation training specialist during all direct care shifts. 
    • The residential coordinator is responsible to be the back-up to cover shifts in the event of an unexpected absence of staff.

    Qualifications

    Must have a high school diploma or GED Certification and some education, training, and/or experience in a related area.  Must have all of the following: -    A sincere desire to provide direct service to individuals with developmental disabilities. -    The ability to make sound judgments when given guidance and priorities. -    The ability to work as a team member to maintain consistency and quality in programming. -    The ability to exchange support, constructive criticism, and ideas with other staff members. -    Be responsible, reliable, and able to carry out job functions without direct supervision.
