    Schedule:  Full-time, 8am-5pm with on-call responsibilities one week a month

    Pay: $19.45/hr

    Job Description

    We are seeking a compassionate and organized Administrative Coordinator (Disabilities Caregiver) to join our team in Columbus, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks while providing support to individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to handle both office duties and caregiving responsibilities efficiently.

    • Coordinate and manage daily schedules for individuals with disabilities, including appointments, activities, and therapy sessions
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care plans, medications, and progress reports
    • Assist with basic caregiving tasks, such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility support
    • Organize and manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and clients
    • Liaise with healthcare professionals, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care
    • Prepare and submit reports, invoices, and other administrative documents in a timely manner
    • Maintain inventory of office supplies and medical equipment, placing orders as needed
    • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and organizational policies
    • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with disabilities

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
    • 2+ years of administrative experience
    • 1+ years of experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Basic medical knowledge and caregiving skills
    • CPR and First Aid certification
    • Knowledge of disability care practices and regulations
    • Familiarity with healthcare administration
    • Empathetic and patient demeanor
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Physical ability to assist with mobility and personal care tasks
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Must be able to transport and drive multiple vans with wheelchair lifts
