WE OFFER:
- Compensation: $25.75/hour, fixed rate.
- Work Environment: Onsite in Mendota Heights, MN

Job Description
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our Risk Management team as an Administrative Assistant. They will work closely with leaders in Risk, Insurance, Claims, and Health & Safety, helping keep critical programs running smoothly while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Insurance & Risk Program Support
- Maintain and track property insurance data, including billing and location records.
- Support insurance claims processes through data collection, organization, and tracking.
- Assist with audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Driver Safety & Compliance
- Review motor vehicle records to ensure employee compliance with company policies.
- Support administration of the Driver Safety Program across multiple states.
- Coordinate documentation related to incidents and insurance requirements.
Data, Reporting & Analysis
- Pull, validate, and organize data from multiple systems.
- Assist in building reports on insurance performance, safety metrics, and KPIs.
- Help create presentations and improve data visualization (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Administrative & Team Support
- Manage departmental inbox and distribute communications.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and materials.
- Support ongoing Risk Management projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- Experience: Three years of general professional administrative experience.
- Microsoft 365 & Excel Expertise Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Data Privacy & Compliance Awareness: Ability to work with confidential information.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Industry Experience: Exposure to insurance claims, risk management, or HR environments.
- Reporting: Exposure to data analysis or audits.
- Visualization tools: Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools.

- Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Proactive in identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and taking ownership of solutions that enhance team productivity.
- Confidentiality & Professional Judgment: Demonstrates discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information and working within compliance-driven environments.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Comfortable navigating changing priorities, learning new processes, and stepping in to support evolving team needs.
