Job Description
What You'll Do:
The Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) ensures internal quality standards are consistently met across programs and services. Serving as the technical expert for electronic programmatic systems such as Therap, this role supports quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives through data review, site visits, program oversight, and collaboration with Operations. Working closely with the Lead Quality Assurance Manager, state and national teams, and operational leaders, the QAS helps identify opportunities, develop corrective plans, and ensure high-quality, compliant, and person-centered services.

Qualifications
Required (Must-Have):
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Electronic Health Record systems
Physical Requirements:
Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to IDD supports, including HIPAA, licensing, and person-centered practices
