WE OFFER:
- Compensation: $71,335.76 Annually Fixed Rate plus $5,000 retention bonus
- Work Environment: Onsite in either Bloomington, Seymour or Evansville

- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST with on-call responsibilities as needed to support operational needs and program coverage
- Travel Requirement: Approximately 50% travel throughout Lafayette and Kokomo areas

Job Description
The Nursing Services Manager is responsible for the Wellness Coordination program as well as supervising and managing nursing operations in a select area. This position develops and monitors the oversight of medical policies and procedures used within Dungarvin and ensures they meet all licensing requirements. The Nursing Services Manager will assure that each individual receives quality, individualized health care management resulting in optimal health.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Nursing Leadership: Supervise, support, and develop nursing staff while promoting accountability, consistency, and high-quality care.
- Wellness Coordination: Ensure required assessments, wellness plans, face-to-face visits, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Clinical Oversight: Monitor healthcare needs, clinical services, and care delivery for individuals supported across assigned programs.
- Clinical Consultation: Partner with Area Directors, Program Directors, nurses, and other team members on medical concerns, healthcare practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Program Growth: Help develop healthcare systems and nursing supports for new individuals and new programs.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure nursing services and documentation meet licensing requirements, organizational standards, and person-centered care expectations.

- Clinical Judgment: Assess health concerns, recognize changes in condition, and determine appropriate next steps.
- Leadership & Communication: Coach staff and clearly explain medical information to both clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Organization & Prioritization: Manage competing clinical needs, documentation, appointments, trainings, audits, and follow-up across multiple programs.
- Compliance & Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate healthcare records and ensure services meet regulatory and organizational standards.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, nurses, DSPs, providers, guardians, and program leaders.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Stay calm under pressure, adjust to changing needs, and proactively improve healthcare systems and services.
- Person-Centered Care: Balance health and safety needs with individual rights, preferences, and independence.
