    Job Description

    As a Financial Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational support across programs. This position requires strong attention to detail, comfort with data, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

    You'll work closely with operations, accounting, and external partners to manage renewal timelines, service agreements, financial documentation, and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accurately enter and maintain financial data in spreadsheets and databases

    • Track and manage renewal documents, service agreements, and rate determinations

    • Partner with DHS and internal teams to meet renewal timelines

    • Review financial data, including service authorizations, for accuracy and completeness

    • Understand and interpret revenue reports from Accounting

    • Maintain organized financial files and ensure data security standards

    • Manage financial information in Therap and other software systems

    • Run and analyze eligibility and spend-down reports

    • Communicate financial updates to operational leadership

    • Follow up on outstanding issues and document communications

    • Coordinate communication regarding past-due rents with Rep Payees or Individuals

    Qualifications

    MUST HAVE:

    • Bachelors Degree or Relevant Education
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of personal computers
    • Intermediate knowledge of Excel

    Additional Information

    Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Flexibility required to meet deadlines and occasional overtime needs. Hybrid work available after 60 days based on performance.
