    Schedule: Full Time 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Schedules available in Winsted and Torrington 

    Starting Pay: $19 an hour **$500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR WINSTED/TORRINGTON AREAS**

    Job Description

    Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities.  The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.
