    WE OFFER:

    • Compensation: Starting at $170,000 annually fixed rate. Plus bonus potential.
    • Work Environment: Onsite in Mendota Heights, MN

    • Work Schedule: Typically, 8 AM - 5 PM CST, Flexibility available.
    • Travel: Occasional (10% or less) for acquisitions, team milestone events, or company meetings.

    Job Description

    At Dungarvin, we're scaling nationally while modernizing every part of our accounting department. As Corporate Controller, you'll be the strategic leader who keeps our multi-entity accounting rock-solid, champions our Workday ERP transformation, and drives seamless integrations for new acquisitions all while supporting a mission that truly changes lives.

    This is more than “keeping the books.” You'll lead three critical functions (Corporate Accounting, Operations Accounting, and Accounts Receivable), build stronger teams, streamline processes, and help us grow efficiently so we can serve even more people across the country.

    What You Get To Do:

    • Provide strategic leadership to Controllers and AR teams. Develop talent, build succession plans, and create scalable structures that support rapid growth
    • Oversee consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP; maintain strong internal controls and lead external audits.
    • Ensure full tax, regulatory, and fiduciary compliance which includes Medicaid cost reports, state filings, and consumer financial oversight.
    • Drive AR operations with a sharp focus on Medicaid and managed-care collections, cash flow forecasting, and continuous improvement.
    • Serve as a key finance leader in our Workday ERP implementation by overseeing design decisions, testing protocols, data conversion accuracy, process standardization, and full organizational adoption.
    • Lead accounting integration for new acquisitions: opening balance sheets, policy alignment, system onboarding, and scalable controls.

    Qualifications

    MUST HAVE:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Experience: 10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 5 years in a management role.
    • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting in regulated environments.
    • Microsoft 365 & Excel Expertise: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
    • Accounting Systems: Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or similar enterprise accounting systems for core financial operations

    NICE TO HAVE:

    • Certification: CPA or equivalent certification.
    • ERP Experience: Hands-on experience with Workday Financials (or similar tier-one ERP) Industry.
    • Industry expierence: Background in healthcare, human services, or Medicaid-funded organizations.
    • Acquisition Expertise: Acquisition accounting and integration experience.
