Sengistix, a leader in providing technology solutions for health and safety monitoring, has rewarding opportunities for Response Center Advocates.These positions, based in the Sengistix office in Mendota Heights, MN, provide remote supervision of individuals with disabilities through sensors, monitors and active monitoring systems, which enables them to live more independent lives. The remote supervision done from the Mendota Heights office includes monitoring individuals in states across the country. Duties also include performing pre-installation project management activities to enable a professional and directed installation, as well as ongoing customer and account coordination for leadership and completion of assigned projects related to overall operations.


  • Two years of post-secondary education, training or equivalent experience in project management, healthcare, or call center or help desk environment
  • Heavy concentration on premium customer service
  • Excellent communication, data analysis and project coordination skills
  • Must be responsible, reliable and able to take the initiative and make decisions based on principles, values and goals that are consistent with organizational goals
  • The ability to provide direction to co-workers and to ensure follow-through to meet customer expectations and Sengistix procedures
  • Strong computer skills and experience in a variety of software tools
  • Experience in technology platforms, including internet connectivity and Customer Relationship Management systems such as (CRM), is desirable

This position equivocates to an entry-level help desk role in a standard technology environment.
