On-call LPN opportunities are available in the Portland and Oregon City areas! The LPN will provide supports to adults with intellectual/developmental and medical disabilities in group homes located in the Oregon City and Portland metro area (Multnomah and Clackamas counties). We are looking for dependable, compassionate employees with the desire to assist the people we support live healthy, fulfilling lives.

This is an on-call position to be utilized when open shifts need to be filled. Responsibilities include passing medications (some through G-tube), general cares, lifting and transfers, and documentation.

Our ideal applicant will have at least one year of experience supporting people in a long-term care setting, and experience working with children or adults with developmental or other disabilities is preferred.

Applicants must have a current LPN license in the state of Oregon. Additional job requirements:

  • Current, valid driver's license.
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass criminal background check per state of Oregon standards (you can request to see a list of disqualifying crimes).
  • Ability to lift, push and pull over 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally.
  • Solid computer and Internet skills.
  • Two positive work-related references.
