Dungarvin Ohio is seeking a Program Manager who is enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude to join our Supported Living Team!

The Program Manager is responsible for coordination and management of the overall system of supports and services provided to four individuals in one home with developmental disabilities in Perry County.

The primary areas of responsibility for this individual include:

  • Personnel management and service coordination.
  • Providing leadership and supervision of employees, including performance evaluations, scheduling and training; making decisions on employee hiring, discipline and terminations; and resolving employee issues.
  • Maintaining and fostering relationships with individuals receiving services, families and guardians.
  • Ensuring all aspects of the program of services and supports are developed, implemented, coordinated and monitored to the highest degree possible.
  • Ensuring coordination and management of the overall household operations and medical, financial and maintenance aspects of the waiver services (as applicable) through guiding and directing the Direct Support Professional(s) and Support Service Coordinator(s) of the sites.
  • Performing other related duties and activities as required.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Bachelor's degree in a field of social services or human services.
  • Supervisory/management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Must be responsible, mature and flexible, and possess solid decision-making, time management and communication skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Must have own automobile insurance and reliable transportation.
  • Must possess basic computer and keyboarding skills.
