Sengistix provides health and safety monitoring via remote sensors and active monitoring systems to enable individuals with disabilities to live more independent lives. Our systems are actively monitored on a 24/7 basis by a trained team of Response Center Advocates.
The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for ensuring high-quality, day-to-day operations of the Sengistix Response Center and its personnel, including troubleshooting operational, service, facilities and compliance issues and ensuring services are appropriately developed, implemented, coordinated and monitored, so that Sengistix achieves its operational goals.
This is a day shift position with on-call responsibilities. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
