Sengistix provides health and safety monitoring via remote sensors and active monitoring systems to enable individuals with disabilities to live more independent lives. Our systems are actively monitored on a 24/7 basis by a trained team of Response Center Advocates.
The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for ensuring high-quality, day-to-day operations of the Sengistix Response Center and its personnel, including troubleshooting operational, service, facilities and compliance issues and ensuring services are appropriately developed, implemented, coordinated and monitored, so that Sengistix achieves its operational goals.

  • Manage all equipment and property owned/utilized by the business, ensuring it is well maintained and in proper working condition.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Evaluate current operational performance and propose changes for improvement to the Operations Director.
  • Provide direction and guidance to Primary Advocates and Response Center Advocates to achieve performance targets.
  • Supervise inventory and work with the accounting department to manage the inventory, ensuring timely and accurate financial records.


  • A college degree in a related field and/or equivalent years of lead experience in technology, call-center, security and/or human service-related field or equivalent.
  • Two years of frontline management experience within an organization serving people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and/or in a technology organization. Experience will include the supervision of personnel, including providing ongoing performance feedback, conducting performance reviews, hiring, disciplinary action and termination of staff. 
  • Good decision-making skills, time management and communication skills, and ability to be responsible, mature and flexible.

This is a day shift position with on-call responsibilities. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
