Dungarvin is seeking an individual to provide support to unit-based services with the coordination of referrals, scheduling, SA management and utilization tracking. This role will provide support to the department with the management and upkeep of assigned reports, tracking and spreadsheet monitoring. The position will include assisting with scheduling and coordination of filling open shifts and assisting with SA management functions, including contacting case mangers regarding authorization issues.


  • Manage incoming referrals or service questions from outside sources for all unit-based services.
  • Maintain tracking data on person served in each service area, including SAs, units and utilizations within applicable information system.
  • Produce required departmental reports and push out to managers and directors.
  • Perform any of a wide range of financial and administrative supports, including the maintenance and dissemination of financial information and scheduling.
  • Assist designated supervisory personnel in projects, research and administrative tasks.
  • Promote positive teamwork, attend all required training, and practice open communication with supervisors.


  • High school diploma or GED certificate. An Associate's or four-year degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in unit-based services.
  • Experience with scheduling, managing SAs and doing intakes.
  • Strong background or experience with Excel, Word and data management.
  • Position requires daily use of information technology.
  • Must have strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines and organize information, and strong communication skills, including customer service.
