You'll also actively maintain a clean and safe environment for the people we support, provide coaching for independent living skills, mentor by way of positive behavior management, and proactively meet the emotional, medical and hygienic needs of the people you serve.

  • Adhere to the mission of respecting and responding to the choices of people in need of supports.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be able to assist with lifting and transferring of persons served.
  • Have a valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Have an acceptable driving/criminal record (after receiving an offer, you will need to pass a criminal background check and DMV records check).
  • Have basic computer and communication skills, as you will need to write electronic documentation each shift regarding the activities, health and behaviors of the people you support.
